Really, you have to consider how you build to consider what is the best way to sort. I tend towards part/colour division, but remember, it is usually easier to seperate out by colour than by part...(don't sort by colour, is my strong suggestion !) James I only sort by colour if it's something I don...

Happy to help :D Everyone sorts a bit different and there's stuff each one of us does that would be the wrong approach for someone else. I've been using ziplocs really actively for the past 5 yrs and much happier for it. Before I was limiting my sorting to whatever sized container I had, and if I ra...

I just did my slopes so took a couple of pics of what the end result looks like. This is sort of indicative of the rest of my collection. I use a lot of ziplocs when sorting and find this useful for many reasons. They are cheap, transparent ( see what and how much you have ), space efficient, variou...

Awesome good to hear recovery of missing loot :) I inactively collect Bionicle as I come across it but only certain parts at this point, or ridiculous deals on bulk. I'm guessing that besides me there is probably no one in VL who really has any...? I'll pass on them, I have no idea the secondary mar...

I get pretty happy about all the new fig parts and odd colours that sometimes come out of the SW line, even if I have *no* idea who these expanded characters are.

I get 99% of my EU info from Lego sets. I won't buy them, but will happily bricklink the parts.

I had different plans for my bag of horse helmets so I won't be in the camp having a fit.

TLC designed this very well and their explanation is telling how much they consider the community in the design process.

Zachary Pollock is working on a LEGO kickstarter project and it might be something you can get behind! He plans on making the whole first level of Super Mario with one brick = 1 pixel. It it pans out it should be amazing!
