I was sooo disappointed when the new Toy Story figs appeared and it was discovered that the hats on Woody, Stinky Pete and Jessie cannot be removed... or so we thought.
There is a little tutorial on the BrickForge site that shows how you can remove and use these hats!
Now I can make Yosemite Sam the way I hoped when I first saw the pictures (after I actually get a Toy Story set.)
